  • Restroom Renovations at Ballwin Golf Course
    The City of Ballwin invites qualified contractors to submit bids to perform renovations to the restrooms at the Ballwin Golf Course, 333 Holloway Road. Bids are due no later than 10:00 A.M. CST on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. However, the project will not take place until August 21, 2025 - September 25, 2025.
    Sealed bids should be marked "Restroom Renovation 25-17 Attention John Hoffman". for bid specs.

  • Ballwin Public Works & Parks Department Building 
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Ballwin will receive sealed bids clearly marked “Bid #25-15 Ballwin Public Works” on or before 2:00pm central, Tuesday March 11, 2025, to City of Ballwin, Attn: Eric Sterman, 1 Government Ctr, Ballwin, MO 63011. There will be a public opening of the bids immediately following at the Ballwin Government Center. Documents will be available February 17, 2025 and thereafter by contacting: Nicole Luedloff, Archimages, Inc., at nluedloff@archimages-stl.com or 314-
    965-7445. There will be one (1) bid package associated with this bid. Please reference the detailed
    scope of work narrative provided in the bid documents. Prospective contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting that will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 2:00pm central at Ballwin City Hall, 1 Government Center, Ballwin, MO 63011. We will then walk the adjacent Public Works
    site. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, or to advertise for new submittals if deemed necessary.

  • Day Camp Bus Services
    The City of Ballwin is seeking competitive bids for providing transportation services for the Ballwin Day Camp field trips for the summer of 2025. Bids should be clearly marked "Bus Bid" and sent to Adam Peper, #1 Ballwin Commons Circle, Ballwin, MO 63021 by no later than 10 a.m. CST February 20, 2025. Buses must be able to accommodate a minimum of 60+ campers/camp staff, be fully equipped and meet all industry standards for school buses, and all drivers must be thoroughly vetted, undergo background checks, and receive regular training to ensure the highest standards of safety. The city reserves the right to request proof of training as needed. Must provide on-time transportation to and from all scheduled field trip locations, and provide prompt communication in the event of any delays or changes. The City of Ballwin reserves the right in the City’s sole discretion to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all bids, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and to award a contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid proposal, with or without negotiation. For questions and bid specifications, contact Adam Peper at 636.207.2357 or .

  • Pointe Apparel Bid
    The City of Ballwin invites qualified apparel vendors to submit bids to provide apparel for the City of Ballwin Parks and Recreation Department. Bids shall consist of specific products and other services as
    defined and/or implied by the requirements provided in the bid form. Bids are due back no later than 3:00 P.M. CST on Friday, February 28, 2025 to Gayle Junge at #1 Ballwin Commons, Ballwin, MO 63021. Most apparel orders will be placed by April 1, 2025 and are due by May 1, 2025. To simplify the review process, and to obtain the maximum degree of comparability, the bid must follow all specifications detailed in the bid form, and vendors are encouraged to include additional relevant information.
