Latest News & AnnouncementsApril 6, 2021 General Municipal Election Information The General Municipal Election is currently scheduled for Tuesday, April 6, 2021 for the offices of Mayor and Board of Aldermen (one Alderman from wards 1, 2, 3, and 4), each elected for a two-year term. The deadline to register to vote in this election is Wednesday, March 10. To see if you're already registered to vote, click this link. It is important to note there have been a few changes in voting options (compared to the August and November 2020 elections), especially in regards to absentee voting. These changes include:
If a voter does not meet one of the six reasons listed above, he/she will only be able to cast their vote in-person at a polling place on Election Day. The absentee ballot application is available at www.stlouiscovotes.com and must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24.
