We’d like to congratulate Michael Finley, Kevin M. Roach, Frank Fleming, and Ray Kerlagon for being re-elected to serve as Aldermen for the City’s Board. 

The City of Ballwin currently operates under a Mayor - Board of Aldermen - City Administrator form of government. The City has eight Aldermen and a Mayor. Many of our elected officials have been on the Board for more than five years, with a number serving more than 10 years.
