On Tuesday, May 26, our Government Center will reopen to the public with slightly modified hours of operation (9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday - Friday). 

Although we are reopening our facility, we strongly encourage everyone to continue conducting business online, by phone, or by email as much as possible, in an effort to minimize unnecessary contact. For more information on how to conduct services virtually, click here. You may also utilize the self-serve table, which has been located in the vestibule of our Government Center over the past few months. Residents can call our Government Center at (636) 227-9000 to learn more about procedures and/or to make an appointment, if necessary.

For those who need to perform in-person services, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

• Please wear a mask while inside our facility, we will have ours on too
• Limit one individual per household or business, if possible
• Disinfect your hands after entering our building and interacting with staff
• Adhere to the social distancing guidelines (6 ft. between you and others)
• Stay home if you’re sick or if anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms

In an effort to keep our guests and employees healthy and safe, the City will:

• Limit the number of guests (5) allowed in our lobby at one time 
• Provide spatial markers on the floor of our lobby to help assist you with social distancing
• Increase the daily sanitation and cleaning efforts of our entire facility
• Provide hand sanitizer (if available)
• Ensure all on-site employees wear face coverings, continue increased hand washing, enhance sanitation efforts, social distance, and stay home if sick or symptomatic

Our next Public Meeting will be our June Board of Aldermen meeting, which is currently scheduled for Monday, June 22 at 7 p.m. Specific information, including location, attendance, and other details, will be provided at a later date. All Ballwin and Winchester Municipal Court dates have been temporarily suspended until further notice. 

Please note, the Municipal Court window is still closed per order of the Presiding Judge of the 21st Judicial Circuit Court.
