All Ballwin and Winchester Municipal Court dates are temporarily suspended until further notice.

 

Although the Government Center lobby has reopened to the public from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., the Municipal Court window is still closed per order of the Presiding Judge of the 21st Judicial Circuit Court. 

 

The temporary suspension includes the previously scheduled dates of: 03/24/2020, 04/14/2020, 04/28/2020, 05/12/2020 and future dates of 06/09/2020, 06/23/2020, 07/14/2020, 07/28/2020. Once a new court date is scheduled and approved, all defendants and attorneys will be notified by mail at the address the Court has on file. If you have moved and not updated your address with the Court, please do so immediately by email at court@ballwin.mo.us . This will allow you to receive future notices from the Court. Please contact the court office at (636) 227-9468 for any questions.

 

Please note: if you received a notice of a reset court date from us in March, April, or May, please disregard. Again, all court dates are temporarily suspended.
