Latest News & AnnouncementsBallwin Days Festival Canceled - COVID-19 Update Last Updated 3.31.20 After careful and thorough consideration, our Board of Aldermen, with the support of the Ballwin Days Committee Chairpersons and City staff, has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Ballwin Days festival scheduled for Thursday, June 4 - Sunday, June 7, with potential plans to host a celebration event in the fall (to be determined). Following increased concerns about COVID-19, this was decided as the best course of action. We assure you, this decision was not taken lightly but was made out of an abundance of caution for all attendees. Our mission as a City has always been to bring people together and we are disappointed that we are unable to hold this festival for our community. However, we will not take any risks when it comes to the safety of our residents, employees, and community members. We are exploring other options with our Committee members and vendors, and hope to host a community-wide, celebratory event when it is deemed safe to do so. We truly appreciate your support as we navigate this unprecedented situation. We encourage you to exercise all recommended health precautions and to stay up to date on the latest COVID-19 information by visiting the federal Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) website, the Missouri Department of Health’s website, or St. Louis County’s website. St. Louis County has established a hotline number (314-615-2660) if you believe you are symptomatic or have any questions regarding the virus. Additionally, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services activated a statewide public hotline (877-435-8411) which is being operated by medical professionals and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
