The health, safety, and well-being of our residents, business owners, staff, and entire community is of utmost importance to us. With reports of COVID-19 in the St. Louis area, we want to assure you the City is monitoring the situation and is taking extra precautions not only for employee safety, but for the general public as well. 

Unless otherwise instructed to do so, we plan to maintain regular hours at our facilities. We have increased the cleaning frequency of all City facilities and asked our custodial staff to focus daily on disinfecting all “high-touch surfaces.” Our Municipal Court is also granting a continuance date if you feel symptomatic or ill and cannot attend your court date. We will do our part to remain vigilant and encourage every member of our community and all guests at our facilities to do the same.

You can help prevent coronavirus infection by washing your hands often, refraining from touching your face, avoiding close contact with people who are experiencing symptoms, cleaning and disinfecting frequently, and staying home if you’re sick.

St. Louis County emergency operations has also established a hotline number (314-615-2660) if you believe you are symptomatic or have any questions regarding the virus. Additionally, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services activated a statewide public hotline (877-435-8411), which is being operated by medical professionals and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
