North Pointe Aquatic Center Renovation

The City of Ballwin, Missouri (hereinafter “the City”) is accepting Design/Build Qualifications for the renovation of the North Pointe Outdoor Aquatic Center located at 335 Holloway Road in Ballwin, Missouri 63011.  The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing professional services including but not limited to preliminary consultation, completed design services and construction involved with the renovation of the North Pointe facility.  Responses must be submitted no later than October 18, 2:00 pm, Central Standard Time.  Submittals must be in a sealed envelope marked “North Pointe Aquatic Center”, Attention:  Linda Bruer, Director of Parks and Recreation, City of Ballwin, #1 Ballwin Commons Circle, Ballwin, MO  63021.
