Facility Reservation Information

The Parks and Recreation Department takes reservations for pavilions, ballfields, meeting room rentals, Pointe Birthday Party PackagesGym Rentals, Pointe Indoor Pool rentals, North Pointe Birthday Parties, and the Golf Course Events Center. All reservations must be made in person at The Pointe with the exception of the Golf Club Banquet Hall.

Resident ID Cards

Ballwin Parks and Recreation ID cards are required to receive the resident rate for all programs and events. You may purchase a Ballwin Resident ID Card at The Pointe at Ballwin Commons.

Ballwin Bucks

Ballwin Bucks is a convenient way to load any denomination on to your Ballwin Parks and Recreation key fob. Ballwin Bucks can be redeemed at The Pointe, North Pointe or the Ballwin Golf Course. Ballwin Bucks can be purchased at The Pointe or North Pointe Aquatic Center Welcome Desk. There is a $5 replacement fee.

Photo Policy

The Ballwin Parks & Recreation Department often takes photos of programs, activities and participants. Please be aware that these photos may be used on social media or in future publications, newsletters, flyers, or news releases.

Code of Conduct

The Ballwin Parks and Recreation Department strives to create an atmosphere of respect and courtesy. Appropriate behavior and treatment of others is expected of all department employees, patrons and participants. Physical, mental, verbal or emotional abuse will not be tolerated by anyone visiting a facility or participating in any City of Ballwin sponsored activity. Any person acting inappropriately or disrespectfully may be subject to a revocation of the privilege of using department facilities or participating in department activities or programs for a period of time (including a permanent ban) as determined by staff based on the circumstances of a specific incident. Thank you for your cooperation and for making the Ballwin Parks and Recreation Department facilities a safe and enjoyable place to play!

Inclusive Recreation Services: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Ballwin Parks and Recreation Department invites people with and without disabilities to participate in our programs and events. Please let us know when you register or at least three business days in advance if modifications due to a disability are needed to facilitate your participation, or to let us know if there are medications or allergies of which we should be aware. If an inclusion support person is needed to assist the program participant with a disability it may take two weeks or more to provide this type of modification. If we are unable to meet your needs, there is a grievance procedure available for ADA concerns.
